We're sorry if you have recently been unable to load the content in the Dechra/AVA Dog & Cat Anaesthesia app.

We are pleased to say that, for all existing users, the app is now working properly. Unfortunately, there is still an issue for new users. We are continuing to work on solving the problem, but in the meantime we are pleased to announce an updated app will be available later this summer.

Following feedback from existing users, the updated app will contain:

• Information about a wider range of molecules

• Brand new protocols for both dogs and cats, including protocols for patients with cardiac disease or endocrinopathies

• AVA Safer Anaesthesia Guidelines

• An improved user interface, to make selection of medications within the protocols much easier and quicker, helping you during those busy days in practice

The new app will also be released in more languages to make it accessible to as many vets and veterinary nurses as possible.
