Dechra Appoints New Chief People & Culture Officer

Dechra is pleased to announce Maggie Gregg as our new Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO).

Based in the United States, Maggie will lead Dechra’s global People & Culture strategy as we continue to evolve and strengthen the organisation for our next phase of growth. She will play a central role in supporting capability development, organisational effectiveness, and an engaging employee experience across all regions. 

Her appointment reflects Dechra’s commitment to building a people-centric and high-performing organisation. 

With more than 25 years of international Human Resources experience across consumer products, retail, and digital, Maggie brings deep expertise in leading transformation and building strong, inclusive cultures. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at Nutrafol, helping guide the company through a period of rapid growth culminating in its acquisition by Unilever in late 2024. Her career also includes the CHRO role at SaksOFF5TH.com, and senior roles at The Estée Lauder Companies, Apple, and Ann Taylor.
